Justice Sharad Bobde sworn-in as Chief Justice of Madhya Pradesh High Court

Bhopal: Justice Sharad Arvind Bobde has been sworn-in as Chief Justice of Madhya Pradesh High Court.

The state Governor Mr. Ram Naresh Yadav administered oath of Madhya Pradesh Chief Justice to Justice Bobde at a brief and simple ceremony at Raj Bhavan here on Tuesday. The swearing-in ceremony was conducted by Chief Secretary R. Parasuram.
It is noteworthy that President of India Pranab Mukherjee has appointed Sharad Arvind Bobde as Madhya Pradesh High Court Chief Justice on October 5, 2012.

Following the swearing-in ceremony, Governor Ram Naresh Yadav and Chief Minister  Shivraj Singh Chouhan extended greetings and best wishes to Chief Justice Bobde.
Member of Parliament Kailash Joshi, Finance Minister Mr. Raghavji, Agriculture Minister Dr. Ramkrishna Kusmaria, Labour Minister Jagannath Singh, Bhopal Mayor Mrs. Krishna Gaur, Lokayukta P. P. Naolekar, Additional Chief Secretary Home Indraneel Shankar Dani, DGP Nandan Dube, Principal Secretary Law K. D. Khan, Principal Secretary to Governor Vinod Semwal, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Manoj Shrivastava, other senior officers of the police and administration were present on the occasion.

Family members and a large number of senior judges and advocates also attended the swearing-in ceremony.
