Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan on foreign visit from June 17 to invite foreign investors

Bhopal: The Bharatiya Janata Party ruled Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan will visit Japan, Korea and Singapore in order to promote foreign investment in Madhya Pradesh.

Mr. Chouhan will leave on foreign visit from Mumbai in the night of June 17. After visiting Tokyo in Japan, Seoul in Korea and Singapore, the Chief Minister will return to New Delhi on June 26.

According to an official spokesman during his foreign tour, Chief Minister Mr. Chouhan will invite foreign companies to invest in Madhya Pradesh. He will inform them about facilities and incentives given to industrialists in Madhya Pradesh. He will also discuss the plan of developing Madhya Pradesh as a centre of Buddhism, especially in the context of Buddhist University, with representatives of various sections.

As per proposed schedule of Chief Minister’s foreign tour, Mr. Chouhan will leave Mumbai for Tokyo on June 17 at 8.05 pm. He will participate in various programmes in Tokyo on June 18, 19 and 20. From Tokyo, he will depart for Seoul, Korea at 6.20 pm on June 20. The Chief Minister will participate in various programmes at Seoul on June 21, 22 and 23.

On June 23, Mr. Chouhan will reach Singapore from Seoul at 1.30 pm. He will participate in various programmes at Singapore on June 24 and 25. He will leave Singapore at 9 am on June 26 and reach New Delhi at 12.15 pm.
