SDPI strongly condemns Delhi High Court bomb blast

IMO News Service

New Delhi: The Delhi Unit of Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI) has strongly condemned the heinous bomb blast outside the Delhi High Court, which has killed around 70 and injured several innocent people. Abdul Rashid Agwan, President, SDPI Delhi State, in a press release said, "The SDPI is of view that such conspiracies are directed towards creating fear and frustration among people of the country and it anticipates that people will not be swayed by the cowardice attempt of the perpetrators as ever."

Mr. Agwan in his statement said, "The SDPI understands that the NIA will take a wide range of possibilities into consideration without narrowing down to some initial hints such as that of the email claiming responsibility by some terrorist outfit which might be misleading and wish the agency an early success in breaking the conspiracy behind the blast."

"The SDPI demands an inquiry into security lapses around the Delhi High Court which perhaps have emboldened the culprits to repeat targeting the place within a short duration of three months. The SDPI calls upon people of Delhi to remain united in such difficult times and to defeat the ugly design by an undaunted spirit," the press release said.
